As one of the few true fine dining
venues in town, The Captain's Cabin only uses the finest ingredients, the freshest fish, and the highest quality cuts of meat for your dining pleasure. We specialize in Western Australian cold water rock Lobster, Alaskan King Crab, steamed Manilla Clams, bacon wrapped Filet, and slow roasted Prime Rib. Although we are known for Fresh ( never frozen ) Seafood, we have many other menu offerings including fine cuts of beef. (See our Menu page for details!)
